In more recent history, the firm of Kramer Appraisal was established, broadening the client spectrum to include mortgage brokers, realtors, government agencies, attorneys, accountants, financial planners, real estate investors, and the general public. A background with the title industry in Los Angeles, CA, a Finance degree from Cal State Nortridge, and continuing education support the Real Estate Appraisal endeavor.
